Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

 

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- United States: 5–11 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–14 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We regularly offer free shipping promotions - any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

 

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations and arrive on different days. This is normal and you'll receive tracking for each shipment.
